Right-hander Chase Burns and the Cincinnati Reds are in agreement on a seven-y
ear, $105 million contract, sources tell ESPN. Burns, 23, was an All-Star this
season and one of the best young pitchers in baseball. No club options. A str
aight deal that will run through 2023.
23 歲右投 Chase Burns 已與辛辛那提紅人隊達成一份為期 7 年、總值 1.05 億美元的
合約。Burns 本季入選明星賽，並且是大聯盟最出色的年輕投手之一。這份合約不包含任
何球隊選擇權，為一紙完全保障的合約，將一路效力至 2033 年。
