Before we signed David Price, I wrote the analysis that went to ownership. It sa
id there was a 30% chance that he would be worth the money we were offering.
當年在我們簽下Price前
我寫了一份報告呈交給上頭
那份報告中指出
他能符合我們所開出價碼的機率只有30%
We signed him anyway. He helped us win a World Series.
但我們最後還是賭了這30%
他也幫我們贏下了WS
Our roster's construction at the time allowed us to take that tremendous risk.
