標 題WB internal control的問題

在做western blotting 時
我們可以利用GAPDH actin tubulin這類的protein作為internal control
(loading control)
但是這僅限於細胞內的protein阿
我要做的是會釋放到細胞外的蛋白質
所以我要收集medium來做western
那...有哪種protein也會分泌到細胞外 然後可以作為internal control???
有誰知道嗎
