看到一段敘述是說hemoglobin其實並沒有enzyme的function
但是在研究enzyme的調控時 貢獻非常大 所以有人給了它這個名字
原文如下
hemoglobin an "honorary enzyme" because of its usefulness in studies of how
enzyme function could be regulated
: This section includes an examination of hemoglobin's
: structure and its cooperative oxygen-binding behavior .
這一個章節的內容包括了hemoglobin的結構還有hemoglobin與O2結合的協同作用
(應該是講hemoblobin binding上O2的親和力隨著O2的增加而越來越低
一個hemoglobin最多可以binding上四個O2分子)
: 請教一下這上面兩句的意思。
