標題[問題] 內毒素的去除

請問一下
我最近用E. coli表現純化出一批protein要treat cell
可是我不確定我的protein中是否有endotoxin
我只知道LPS 會對macrophage造成影響
不知道對tumor cell會不會有影響??
我察了一下 Promega有賣去除內毒素的resin
可是好像是針對plasmid extraction過程中使用
不知能否用來去除protein solution中的endotoxin??
還是有其他廠牌的kit可以處理??
