標題[問題] 關於Inclusion Body的純化

我的蛋白質已經不可能形成Native Form
所以純化Inclusion Body是我唯一的選擇
我的Protein 是 GST-fusion protein
是使用 Glutathione Sepharose 來結合然後沖提出來
想請問板上的大大們
如果我的Inclusion Body是溶在 PBS + 8M urea + 10mM PMSF 的環境下
Glutathione Sepharose 的 binding 能作用嗎?
PMSF 跟 Urea 是否會影響 binding 呢?
