Slim, aka Norman Cook, has been out in Morocco with the three remaining members of Blur, Damon Albarn, Alex James and Dave Rowntree, where they have been finishing work on their new album. Currently untitled, it is due for release early in 2003. The producer said that the record is not as dance orientated than some people have predicted. "It's not dancey," he told Rolling Stone. "It's not like they got me in to turn them into a dance band. We've been having tons of fun. The only thing I can say is that it sounds more like The Clash, The Clash on a good day."
