目前查得到最清楚的消息是這邊

2010 TOUR NEWS
It now seems extremely likely that Bob Dylan will play concerts in the Far
East during March and April 2010. We expect 4 shows at the ZEPP OSAKA to take
place on March 12, 13, 15 and 16 with a further 5 shows at ZEPP TOKYO and 2
shows at ZEPP NAGOYA also to be announced. The tour will then go to Taiwan
where a show on Apr 2, 2010 is likely to take place in the capital Taipei. As
far as we are aware there will be no shows in Australia.
