標題[問題] 移民局要求換照片

我朋友持有楓葉卡
而最近這幾天才接到加拿大移民局寄來通知說要她去更換照片
請問一定要本人去嗎!?
那有辦法申請延期嗎!?
因為實在很突然
現在來了通知
3月初就要報到
所以想請各位幫幫忙!!
