There are a lot of B&Bs in Quebec. If you don't mind staying outside the Old Quebec, there are a lot of options. Of course..it's nicer to be inside the wall (in old quebec) I found a really cheap one ($20 a night, shared bath) http://www.aubergedelapaix.com/reservation.html Most B&B in QC will start at around $75 and more in the summer. You can go on www.bonjourquebec.com to look for B&B and YH info.
