標題問兩個看PAPER中遇到的問題

其實都是看不懂他所表達的意思
第一個問題是
Amorphous WO3 films do not exhibit any dominant reflective component
in their optical modulation for lithium insertion as injected electrons
are localized at optically absorbing bound states and are thus inhibited
from exhibiting the free electron like behavior which is typically observed
for crystalline LixWO3.
第二個問題是
The clear solution obtained upon filtration was refluxed
at 55 oC for 12 h after addition of 80 ml of glacial acetic acid.
到底是哪一個動作先呢?
