簡單來說就是理想溶液和真實溶液的不同
例如理想溶液的ΔＨ一定是零
因為不考慮分子分子作用力的差別
但真實溶液通常會有值
兩者的差別就叫excess function
另外要注意的是
理想溶液的ΔＳ是大於零的
所以理想溶液的ΔＧ必小於零
混合是自發的
