關於negative cooperativity一般印象是四級結構有 不過書上提到兩種情況發生在三級結構也很常見 懇請板上大大解釋一下原因 (1)The protein is a single polypeptide with two lignd-binding sites,each having a different affinity for the ligand. (2)The protein is a single polypeptide with a single ligand-binding site. As purified,the protein preparation is heterogeneous,containing some protein molecules that are partially denatured and thus have a lower binding affinity for the ligand. 順便一問 上述黃底字是甚麼意思?? --
