1. Compare the stability of a phosphate tri-,di- and monoester with that
of a carboxylic ester under basic conditions. What is ther implication
for useful phosphate ester protecting group?
2. Compare and explain the stability and reactivity of phosphate amides,
phosphite amides and carboxylic acid amides under acidic conditions.
