標題[實驗] Determining the approximate strength of a hydrogen bond

I just did an experiment as the title of my article
and i have a few questions for it, hope you guys can help.
1. What is the theoretical value of H-Bond in ethanol?
2. Is there any problem for doing this experiment using
simple calormetric set up?
Set up that i use:
1. A large beaker containing cottom and a small beaker
2. The small beaker is used to contain the 10 cm^3 ethanol and
20 cm^3 of cyclohexene and of course the thermometer.
3. The data that i collected indicate a drop in the temperture,
is that normal?
