標題[問題]台科物化考古題

題目是這樣的:
1.The wave frequency of light emitted by a ruby laser is v.Assuming that the
emission of photon of this wave frequency accompanied the transition of
an electron from the n=2 level to n=1 level of an infinite square well.
The wisth of well is L.Suppose L is proportional to the mth power of v,
then m=?
a)=-0.5 b)=-1 c)=0 d)=1 e)=2
2.Bohr's hydrogen atom model is used to description the ionization of a
dopant atom in silicon semicobductor.The ionization energy,E,of electron is
related to the atomic radius of dopant,r. Suppose E is proportional to
the nth power of r,then n=?
a)=-0.5 b)=-1 c)=0 d)=1 e)=2
這兩題我完全沒有頭緒
連題目都看無太懂，
因為本身是化學系
不知道是題目偏材料系沒學過還是><
