首先，我不是高手
rate: 單位時間內上升溫度 ex. 10 degree C per/ min
hold time: 維持某個溫度的時間
像我們的GC 50 degree C 開始，hold 5 min
之後開始加熱，以1分鐘10 degree C的速度加熱到250 degree C (需要20 min)
然後250 degree C hold 45 min -> 實驗結束
如果comound對熱敏感，你可以不要加熱到那麼高的溫度
也可以針對不同需求調整oven的溫度，你會得到不同的retention time.
