You should hire me because I can identify students' difficulties by asking gui ding questions. For example, when a student wrote, She like to play basketball , I asked, Is she third person singular? Eventually, the student gave the corr ect answer. One time, I had a student who had low motivation to learn and was not very int erested in doing exercises. Instead of simply asking the student to answer the questions, I turned the exe rcise into a mission. For example, I said, “It’s detective time! Can you fin d the mistake in this sentence? What is wrong with it? How should we correct i t? And why?” By giving the student a role and a clear mission, I made the activity feel mor e like solving a puzzle than doing an exercise. The student became more engage d and willing to think about the question. In the end, the student was able to find the mistake and give the correct answ er. This experience taught me that changing the way I present an activity can make a big difference in a student’s motivation and participation. 今天因為精神不濟加上腳踝累積的疼痛，我請假去看中醫針灸還有吃中藥，有覺得腳踝比 較不痛了，醫生很驚訝我扭到腳，我也超級不想扭到的說……我的右手已經功能受限了， 右腳踝又會痛真的很哭爸，等於加倍的行動不方便了。 我要先來洗頭潤絲洗澡了，洗完要來更換美容膠帶。 --
