書上說
1970年代許多美國商業銀行貸款給低度開發國家
these funds allow commercial bank to recycle petrodollar fund from huge
dollar holders such as Saudi Arabia.
請問為什麼貸款的結果可以收回美國所支出的油元啊
錢不都是流向開發中國家嗎？
（是這個意思嗎）
