標題[問題] 請問有人可以提供關於IC一些建議和想法嗎?

我用HD74LS04及 HD74LS05(with open collector outputs) ，兩顆IC都是Inverters
以下一些問題想請各位提供一些建議和想法
1.Is the output BJTs for TTL ICs are placed in the open collector?
2.Is there any intrinsic resistor connected to the collector of the
output BJT ?
If the answer is YES, then how much is its intrinsic resistance?
3.Dose it need an additional pull-up resistor connected to the collector to
increasing its sourcing ability?
4.How much is the turn-on resistance of the output BJT?
5.The input impedence for the TTL IC?
6.Estimate how fast the IC can switch, with the measured turn-on resistance,
pull-up resistance and the load ?
