標題[文法] 求一個句子的文法，感覺怪怪的

原文:
Clock LOW extension or stretching , if necessary, must start before the
TLOW:MIN of the bus has expired.
問題主要是:of the bus has expired. 為什麼中間不用+一個which?還是可以省略?
