標題[文法] 強調句問題 （在線等

想請問一下以下強調句的結構
It’s the thought given to the present that counts.
中間given to the present實在很難理解其結構 是為關係子句嗎？但感覺that counts那
句才是修飾thought的關係子句呀
懇請大家幫解惑
