標題[Ask ] does anyone know a name "Ziv"

One of my friend want to ask a English name for his two-years old son,
and someone had commented him a name as "Ziv", i had google this name and know
this is Hebrew name which means smart and outgoing preson,
so is this a name suitable for child or is there any different usage of
this name "Ziv"
