Have you ever heard of "每朝" green tea before? My weight gained recently and hard to decline it , my friend suggested me to drink this once a day before meal or in nothing in belly status so that I will rush to restroom in thirty minutes.I'm fascinated with it now!! It's very helpful to solve my disease of constipation, so I decide to buy a box of this beverage tonight. And recently I go to fitting room every day and go jogging for ten kilometers distances at least within an hour, maybe you think jogging is boring as a result of your brain strike in empty status, and I think so ,too. But now I figured out that using the jogging machine in front of the certain TV which shows cartoons ,such as The king of game or Doraemon. This method makes me do not too concentrate on staring at the figures of calorie or distances on the panel when go jogging and can find out that fulfill the goal unconsciously. I plan to go to Bali island to celebrate Chinese New Year next year with my relatives,I must hard to go on a diet consecutively till next year in order to don't let other people see my greasy belly , it's embarrassing if they saw that :( --
