I was very fatigue last night even closed to die! Guess what thing I did , I went to gym as well as went jogging for ten kilometers distances during dinner time ,all I ate before exercising only the greed tea and a small "Onigiri" sold in Family store. After leaving the fitting room , I prepared to play badminton by bicycle , the game was held on the gym of Ming Quan elementary school where is to my house four kilometers far, and what's more is that I needed to across the Ming Quan Bridge to reach there. Fortunately I got there eventually but still played badminton for two hours fiercely, thanks to the result only lost once and five victory in six games, meanwhile my mind seemed to enter into other field can't tell heaven from hell...I was starving and had to back home by bike to across the steep bridge again!When I arrived my home, I felt my legs as hard as an iron and couldn't stand anymore, just tossed my bike and rushed to take shower in order to go to bed as soon as possible.... Because of weakness , I slept quickly ,but the nightmare was coming ... I dreamed nothing but food !! Beef noodle , cookies , everything about cuisine all flooded in my dream !!Even heard my belly was wailing , how terrific it was !? I woke up by the damn dream , it's just midnight and I couldn't stand the starvation anymore then ruch to 7-11 to snatch something to eat. Period , I ate hamburger and dumpling with a satified belly entered again , my "Losing weight resolution" seems to the end. --
