I have watched "friends, how i met your mother, the big bang theory, community, leverage, house, criminial mind, lie to me, supernatural, white collars, chuck, burn notice, the mentalist..." It's better to watch it with English subtitles. Of course, watching movies will do the same thing. At the end, speak it out to other people Any other information about yourself?
