I read a piece of news the other day. All right, maybe it is not news any more. A lady who worked in tsmc, and believed that the guy, from CIA or FBI is her true love. It's quite ironic for her, for she deeply believed that the guy would come to Taiwan and marry her. A lot of people laughed at her naive thoughts, and she finally realized that it was the scam. She quit the job and now she needs to look for a new one. I have no intention to make comments, but I got something, something important to say. It's weird. At times, people believe in strangers, but not their family or friends. Why? Just because of love? Is love really that great? It reminds me of a sentence. "Love, just like hatred, makes people blind. Those who laugh at her so loudly never do some stupid things when they fall in love? More or less, I guess. The lday thought she fell in love, and the ending of her story is not what she wants. Does she still have the courage to fall in love when love drops by and knocks her door again? I have no idea. Actually, it's not my life and none of my business. However how many of us can really believe in love and our lovers all the time? I got to tell the truth, and readers may well disagree. I think love at times is part of scam. Maybe or maybe not. I am not so sure about the answer right now. I have a life time to find out the answer. However, I strongly believe that to love ourselves is much easier than to get Mr./Miss Right to love us. Everyone might look for the missing piece in his/her life and the story doesn't become a happier one after getting it. If we are lucky to get someone to accompany, just enjoy the moments. If we are unlucky to be alone, just enjoy the life, too. That's because either way is the way to happiness. Once in a while, we may be jealous of others' happiness. However, don't forget about one thing. What is behind the wonderful relationship? Commitments and responsibility. How many of us can take them seriously? Or how many of us can keep them for the whole life? Love is amazing but life is always full of ups and downs. Love, in front of the real life, just falls apart. Just a piece of news, and I still think of it too much, I guess. --
