標題[Ask ] "All business"?

I heard this phrase in the musical that my school is doing
"The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee"
When one of the speller Marcy Park spelled a word correctly,
one of the judge said, "Ms. Park is all business"
What does it mean to say someone that's "all business"?
It sounds like a bad thing to describe other people, becuase Marcy Park later
on replied, "no i am not!"

Thanks for the reply! but then it doesn't make sense in the musical :s
Marcy Park is those stereotype asian that are good at everything and very
critical on herself, so she must'd come prepared :s why would she denied it
At some point of the musical she restated again that "I am not all business"
Sorry I'm just very curious and confused a bit :p

That's possible!!! but not very probable... at the beginning of the musical,
another character said to her,"don't be nervous, just watch what i do"
and she totally ignored him, said it in very cold voice
"not worry, i am not nervous" then walked away
