標題[Ask ] New LINE group

Hey guys and girls,
I have an idea and maybe you can give me some suggestions.
I perticipated in some "English" talking group right now,
but most of them didn't satisfy me at all.
Most people there just said "Hi" or ask some basic grammar questions.
and this is not what I want.
Some of them require your pictures, to those people I wish they try zoosk or
okcupid, because they are obviously NOT looking for chatting.
I wish we had a really "English" chatting groups,
We don't care the age, location, gender, occupation,
The only rule here is
"You have to use English for everything, even when asking a question.
Any issues are okay: romance, gossip, science, FOREIGN politics, pop...
Please try to use formal english with correct grammar as you can,
If your English is not good enough, we gotta kick you out."
The real problem here is I don't know how to define "not good enough" yet.
I don't know if you like this idea, let me know if you like it.
