標題[Talk] I have eng- talking problem

Im really afraid to talk English or talk with foreigner, ever though my job is
something concerned with English and I have to read many US&UK news or paper.
I think, maybe, my language ability isnt so bad that i cant say anything, but
it really bother me, and I can read well in the same sentence or article but c
ant talk very well.
For example, one time, I wanna ask someone to call a taxi for me in English, b
ut cant believe I forgot how to say......
Engling Talking is so hard for me.
