On Monday, I got the offer from the ic components corporation in Neihu dist., Taipei. That is the LTC corporation. LTC is the agent of on semi and they are also doing the battery manufacturing. The house of LTC is very splendid and spectacular. The construction of the building is very beautiful. And the colleagues are all like the models or like singers. To sum up, the work environment is very nice there! However, on Tuesday, I went to work in LTC and found out that LTC needs me to submit the personal guarantee. But I don't have any perosnal quarantee, so I said that I cannot provide it. Besides, the 2 meetings on that day are aweful. I feel that it is very bad and the atmosphere is really not good. So I meet with the HR specialsit and tell her about my direction. HR specialist told the higher director that I couldn't provide the personal guarantee. Therefore, on that day in the morning around 11:00AM, I have been told to leave and I stepped outside and finally leave from LTC very soon. LTC has a regulation that everyone needs to submit the personal guarantee. So I am not qualified! Therefore, I only work for a half day in LTC. Very hilarious, but it's the truth. LTC needs people to be guarantee. I belong to those that don't have guarantee. Anyway, the job vacancy is re-opened in x04 HR bank. Would you like to apply for the assistant of PM? It's a good job!
