I don't think Chen will give you any good answers. He has probably never read anything nor even thought about the possibility. All he wants is just consuming the FIFA and receiving some free advertisement. He would try everything which can bring your attention away from his family issue and political problems. Football, he doesn't really care. If the FIFA were not being played now, he would probably say 20 tennis players. You can never build up your tradition by always buying something from abroad. Football is not a high-tech stuff. If you want your county to be a rea big nation of football, the way is quite simple. To build more play fields and to pay money to maintain them and to get better TV commentators to make people interested in this sport are good starts. You can always spend money on some teams, but you must build your people in this country. Surely you would need good coaches, get them from abroad then. To train football players are not the same as to sent people to get PhDs. And you don't know the 20 children will be still the best even 5 years later; remember, what happen on everybody in the ages from 12 to 17? Your classmate taller than you in 11 years old might be shorter than you when you both were 15 years old... I thought Chen was a good student, or just a good exam taker? Also, suppose you get 20 good player by that way and they all work in some foreign professional teams... If they are so good, why not they just become new immigrants as well? Then the Taiwanese taxpayers pay big money for nothing... What Chen should do is to pull his socks up and shut his mouse down. Thanks God by the next FIFA, Mr Chen won't be still the president. --
