標題[問題] box.net pc端同步無法執行

剛下載了box.net的pc端同步box sync
但是一下載完要執行就無法執行
跳出訊息說有錯誤發生要我上網詢問客服 也沒說是啥錯誤
我上網問了得到下列回覆
"To resolve your issue, we’ll need to see the Sync logs from the computer
that's been having the problem. If you could collect the logs and send them
to us, we’ll have you up and running again soon.
Here’s how:
1. Open Box Sync from the Start Menu or a desktop shortcut
2. Check your "System Tray" for the Box Sync icon and right-click on it. If
it is hidden, click ^ to show hidden icons.
3. Choose "Advanced" > "Save Logs"
4. Please attach this zip file to your reply. If the file is too large,
please upload the file to your Box account and send us the share link."
Sync logs是指我的同步日誌嗎? 我連執行都無法執行是哪來的同步日誌= =
System Tray是指啥阿? 完全不懂...
