朋友即將在下週來LA拜訪 目前暫定兩個月(可能延長) 因此欲將公寓出租

月租只要310歐元(含室內電話 網路 電視等等) 位於Pankow地區
五分鐘步行至各式大眾交通運輸點 周圍並有許多超市 小店 公園等

The apartment is south-sided and provides a larger living room plus balcony,
a bathroom and a kitchen plus dinette. It comes fully furnished includingtv,
dvd, laundry and kitchen stuff. The price is 310€ all-in (landline, dsl,tv,
utilities). Located in
a cozy residential area of Berlin-Pankow,
it’s only 5mins walkingdistance to all kinds of public transport.
The City East is 10mins away,lots of supermarkets, smaller shops,
parks and playgrounds are near by.
