原文 http://www.guildwars2guru.com/topic/48882-upcoming-ele-changes-on-release/ 如有錯誤 麻煩指證 治療: GoEH :CD increased by 5s ( no problem here) // CD +5S Signet of restoration: CD decreased to 25s, passive heal increased by 30%, active heal reduced by 50% ( great changes !) // CD降至 25S，被動效果增加30%， 主動效果減少50% Ether renewal :(can be casted while moving - hell yeah!) // 引導技能時可以移動 Dagger : lightning whip : dmg multiplier increased from .5 to .6 ( about time) 傷害系數增加至0.6 lightning touch: it now applies weakness , CD increased to 10s ( finally!) 造成虛弱，CD增加至10S frost armour : (chill effect increased from 1s to 2s on each hit hell yeah!) 每一擊所造成的凍僵增加至 2S burning speed : CD increased by 3s - evasive move added to the skill ( holy shit) CD +3S，移動時有迴避效果 Scepter: water trident : CD decreased from 20s to 18s // CD 減少至 18S Staff: burnign retreat : added evasive manouvre ( like burning speed) 移動時有迴避效果 Utilities: armor of earth : stability reduced from 8s duration to 6s duration 堅定效果維持時間減少至 6S Conditions: vulnerability: now gives 1% dmg increase for stack (lol Anet 10 stacks of vulnerability were already 10% dmg increase, you don't fool me here) 每層脆弱效果增加受到的傷害1% General changes: Swap sigil now apply on attunement swap, but there is a 9s internal cooldown on its activation anyway and this is for everybody of course, either way finally eles and engineers can use the swap sigils, rejoice! swap sigils(升 級組件)內置公共CD 9S，當你改變協調時會產生效果 (適用於元素和工程) --
