"Our November 18 story headed 'Fattenham' stated that Juande Ramos had ordered the Tottenham squad to lose 220lbs in weight. "We now accept that this was inaccurate and should not have been attributed to Tottenham Hotpsur in any context. We are therefore happy to put the record straight and apologise for any embarrassment caused."
