新聞來源 - football365 CERNY SETS POINTS TARGET Radek Cerny wants to help Tottenham reach the 50-point mark this season as players continue in their bid to impress head coach Juande Ramos ahead of the summer. Spurs have little to play for as they are safe from relegation and have secured European football already - but there are still places in next season's squad to play for. Cerny is one of the players in limbo. The goalkeeper had a run of games in the side earlier in the campaign but was still expected to leave in the summer. With Paul Robinson carrying an ankle injury, Cerny was given another chance to stake his claim at the weekend against Blackburn when Spurs took themselves to 40 points with a draw. "It would be nice to get 15 points from 15 in the rest of our games but if we get 10 then it would be good for us," said the 34-year-old on Spurs TV Online. As Jonathan Woodgate recently pointed out, no player will be safe from the axe this summer unless they impress Ramos in the remaining games. Some of the squad are expected to leave and, as was the case in the previous two transfer windows, Dimitar Berbatov's name will be linked with teams in the Champions League. "If any conversations with AC Milan start, I will be flattered," said Berbatov in The Times. "My head will boil again in the summer from the transfer speculation. I know the price (Tottenham want), but I won't tell you." Ramos is still assessing his squad but is expected to resist the temptation to make sweeping changes with his starting XI to look at fringe players all at once. The Spaniard is aware that Spurs have a role to play in the relegation battle this season - they face Wigan, Bolton and Reading - and there is also Premier League prize money for every place. It means the likes of Tomas Pekhart may have to wait for his chance. The 18-year-old, who was taken to Slavia Prague this season but did not make the matchday squad, scored this week in the reserves against Arsenal. Gilberto and Chris Gunter also played.
