SATURDAY started with a one-kilometre circuit at the golf course where we
did a gentle warm-up lap and then ran five laps at five-minute pace. This
circuit had different parts including running at 50 per cent, 90 per cent,
200 metres at high pace and a 100-metre sprint at 70 per cent.
"
The sessions at the beach were all about power. We started with sprints in
the soft sand for 25 minutes and then we played games, which were all about
team work.
"We split the squad into three and did different relays, with the ball and
without the ball on the sand and then running into the sea.
"It was funny as well as hard work and that's what we're looking for at this
training camp.
"The evening session was all about ball work with a finishing routine and
then short-sided games, one-touch and two-touch football.
"On Sunday it was a high-intensity football session. We had different
exercises concentrating on keeping possession, defending and then a match on
three-quarters of the pitch.
"The players are feeling comfortable on the ball and that's when the
intensity will rise more and more.
"Training will now be more specific in terms of football work with more
tactical work.
"We finished Sunday with a session in the gym. It's something we'll continue
throughout the season and that's all about core strength."
禮拜六先跑高爾夫球場一公里當暖身 接著用各種步伐在五分鐘跑五圈
海灘的訓練課程是為了增加力量 先在軟沙上衝個25分鐘
接下來踢比賽來增進團隊默契
接著我們將球隊分成三隊 持球以及不持球從沙灘衝向海中
雖然有趣但是也很辛苦 這也是我們在這次訓練營希望看到的東西
晚間的訓練課是持球訓練 有小場比賽,一腳觸球,兩腳觸球
禮拜天進行了高強度的訓練 我們用不同的練習來增進持球力,防守和陣地進攻
當球員們感到可以很輕鬆的拿球 我們就再增加強度
現在的訓練方向很明確就是要增強戰術
禮拜天在體育館中結束 我們整季都會這樣做來增強身體

禮拜天的持球訓練
一開始先將球隊分成兩組
在得分之前必須傳七次球並並且不能讓對手碰到球 碰到球的話就雙方交替
接著練習被兩人包夾的持球 最後以陣地戰練習做收
吃完午餐後大家就到體育館去練習

總覺得這次的季前之旅比去年的南非好多了
去年去南非根本不知道有沒有在練習 回來之後整個狀態差到極點...
