Dear all, I am preparing for the ppt of the demonstration, and have come up with these few points that we may need to prepare for the 9/14 meeting. (Oh, I have to apologize for typing in English, I cannot type in Chinese in this computer, I can only copy paste some Chinese terms online…) 1. I think we should play a film before the intro starts, any suggestion? I know 施創譯學長may have some very good ones, may I ask 公關write to him? Or教 學can do this favor for us? 2. Also about the demonstration, do 活動think we should prepare any ice-breaking activities? 3. As for e-mailing those people who left their info yesterday, in what ways are we contacting them? Do 公關 have any idea? Is Yi-Li coming? The above are a few things we need to confirm in our next meeting, we are also discussing some other things: 1. Preparing for the next few club activities. (Choosing the people in charge.) 2. Check the time to go to 莎卡蘭 in October. 3. Run through the process on 9/21. 4. Choose the people to be in charge of 莎卡蘭and Gan-Lin. 5. Changes of the winter teams. 6. Further discussions on the club activities. (How are we going to work on next semester’s long-term club activities?) 7. How much is the fee (year)? 8.
