標題[問題] I can read chinese but can not type....

Hey, guys~
I have a small problem.
I can read traditional chinese, but i can't type it.
I am using vista, and i tried to change the region/language part in the
control panel from English (us) to chinese (taiwan). But it still doesn't
work at all.
There is a person that suggested me to come here for the answer. I did some
search here, and someone post a similar problem as mines. However,
there is no answer for it. Therefore, I decided to post this again. And hope
someone who knows how to solve this problem can tell the answer!!!
