標題[問題] 日語輸入法MS-IME2002的詞庫匯入問題

最近我下載
http://kan-chan.stbbs.net/word/pc/ngwordms.txt並將該文字檔匯入到MS
IME中﹝我是透過Microsoft IME Dictionary Tool的Tooo->Import Text File......﹞以
便得以用MS IME打出日本人所謂的歧視用語，結果跳出An error has occurred. The
operation is canceld.這個錯誤訊息，請問原因為何？我用的OS是Windows XP Home
Edition SP2。
