標題[問題] 在美國生產後,孩子21歲前可否幫父母申請移民

事情是這樣的
我和我太太都是F1過來這邊念書
年初我女兒在USA呱呱落地了
這是家裡長輩就問我說 我這樣有辦法移民嗎或是拿到綠卡
就我自己的了解是要等女兒21歲後我才能依親屬移民拿到綠卡
但是長輩們你一言我一語的說不用等21歲就可以申請
請問有人有類似的經驗否?
