She didn't say : something positive enough to make me believe that she's going to approve : our case. I thought she's the one who makes the final decision since she : talked to us and know our case better than anyone else. : She tried to comfort me by saying that 90 days is the worst senario, : it usually won't take that long. She said if it's not approved, we can : do "inforpass" something something I forgot... 聽起來是她很樂意讓你通過，但是法律規定name check沒過就不能通過 所以只能等等等 : Now, I don't know if I should believe her and use AP to travel anyway. One 沒有理由不照她建議的做 : lady I know told me that her friend went back to Taiwan before she got : the temporary green card and she was not allowed to return to the U.S. 沒有完整的資訊，只能把這當做一個「謠言」 : It's been 2 years already and she's still waiting in Taiwan. Now her husband 這個人有AP嗎? 我相信沒有 如果有AP，唯一有可能回不了美國的原因是他違法居留太久(超過半年) 而被禁止入境美國3年或10年 有這種特殊情況的人士，要有自覺，辦到綠卡前不可隨意離境，否則就是多年禁止入境 : has to visit her every 6 months. It's so sad.. 會發生這種鳥事一定有其前因後果，不會發生在一般人身上 : I am sorry that I mumble so much. I am very frustrated when I hear so many : other couples get to know the results immediately.
