標題[問題] I-765 一個問題

我現在是F1 OPT身分 在四月一日要和未婚夫(美國公民)結婚.
1. 我在填I-765的第16個選項遇到了問題,不知道該填什麼.

2. 我是不是該勾選 Permission to accept employment. 然後A number那邊留白?
3. 我爬文時看到板友說 OPT的A number不能繼續用, 那我在申請綠卡的時候是
不是都不需要填寫A number?
