標題[問題] Perm audit from 2007/10/31

I have perm audit issue.
Perm apply date 2007/10/31
Perm Audit reply date 2007/12/31
Today is 2009/05/05 and it is already 17 months after reply date.
Does anyone has the same situation as mine?
Category: EB2.
Audit reason: Business necessity.
Any information will be appreicated.
