如果公司財務狀況出現問題,I-140是否能通過?--也是個問題?

: 上面看起來似乎是說，只要之前的 I-140 已經核准(並且沒有取消)，之後
: 的I-140就可以使用之前的Priority Date。上述也沒有提到需要類似的工作，
: 只講要符合 203(b)(1),(2),or(3)。請問這樣解釋正確嗎？
: 如果他離開現在的公司，如果公司不撤銷他的 I-140，是不是就沒問題了？
看過上述網站說明,原公司撤不撤銷他的I-140已經不是問題了。
幾年後的問題?---該公司是否還存在?---綠卡還要靠它辦嗎?
