標題[問題] 移民體檢可以自己先做不等律師通知嗎？

敝人公司請的律師是南灣的Fragomen,
今天要我開始填最後的Questionaire,並收集出生證明等文件
其中有一項是Vaccin Record 我在美國根本沒有
感覺上應該是去找移民專業醫生 做體檢並打疫苗了，
可是律師又註明
Applicants should not complete the medical examination until the application
is ready to be filed and/or directed by Fragomen. However, applicants should
begin gathering proof of such (i.e. doctor's records, etc.) to provide to
the USCIS-approved physician at the time of the medical. Applicants should
coordinate with their appropriate Fragomen or HR representative as to when
the medical should be completed. Your completed medical examination form
plus addendum should remain in the sealed envelope
provided by the physician. The USCIS will not accept any opened envelopes.
那到底我該不該自己去體檢（找裡的Dr. Jackson Lin)？
還是單純找他請他幫忙打疫苗?
因為某些理由我很急，希望綠卡早來一天算一天。
請網友們幫忙回答一下， 也或許我弄錯了移民體檢的意義。
