標題[心得] EB2 綠卡申請分享

12-28-2010 Received DOL prevailing wage determination
12-28-2010 PERM recruitment started
04-07-2011 PERM filed with DOL
06-07-2011 Date PERM Approved
07-25-2011 I-140 I-485 I-765 and I-131 filed with USCIS for foreign national
and family
08-08-2011 Received I-140 Approval Notice
12-06-2011 Received email card production
12-13-2011 Received welcome notice from USCIS
在等I-485的時候,中間過了四個月,有請律師打電話去問,USCIS說因為是holidays所以
處理時間可能會慢點,約在4~5個月,之後大約在過一個禮拜左右,
就收到email通知card production
這個綠卡也等了一陣子(經歷公司裁員要等,後來換了公司又重辦),
我老婆還說,沒有收到卡片,感覺都不是真的,直到看到卡片的那一瞬間,
才覺得終於結束了
希望板上需要辦的人,也可以順順利利的
