標題[問題] NVC 良民證 / 財力證明 RFE

板上各位好，
目前CR1在NVC case review階段收到三個REF:
1) 台灣良民證：
Please replace this with an acceptable police certificate from a correct issui
ng authority.
我的解讀為：我應該提供一個符合我戶籍地警察局所開出的良民證，不知道是否正確？
2）韓國良民證：
Please replace this with an acceptable police certificate from a correct issui
ng authority.
我曾在韓期間只有10個多月，照理說不需要提供良民證，但CEAC跑出這個上傳要求，我也
從駐台韓國代表部申請了，不知道是不是誤把韓國良民證reject，只能再寫信問問看。
3）財力證明：
XXX does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immi
grants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this
requirement at the time of the interview.
To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint spo
nsor may be submitted.
請問我是否只要在面試前取得joint sponsor 資料即可？還是得上傳獲得許可才能面試？
