標題[問題] I944填表問題(有關醫療保險)

我們目前已丟I140，在等USCIS開門後要丟I485準備資料中
有關I944-Q15:是否擁有健康保險 填Yes
A:因為我們使用公司的保險，所以未使用Premium Tax Credit or Advanced
Premium Tax Credit，填No 且不必檢附資料(應該吧)
B:提供Total annual deductible or premium.這裡我們準備了醫療卡的影本以及
網頁上的資料，但不知道網頁列印的資料是否不夠正式?或是有更好的建議
(原始的coverage detail document有160頁，印出來感覺不切實際)
C:Health Insurance terminated date or date for renew.這邊完全不知道如何提供
佐證資料，因為保險跟約聘期一起的，所以資料上也沒有終止日期。這邊我們想說
提供offer letter跟grant due(太太是學校博後)作為documentation，是否合適或
有更好的建議?
I944網路上的資料相當稀少，希望能得到一些建議或是經驗的分享，
如果有疑問或不足的地方我會再補充，謝謝各位

我的理解是
15. Do you have health insurances? 這題填Yes
附資料(supported letter以及保險網頁個人資訊)
15A.Did you have premium tax credit or advanced premium tax credit?
這題填No,因為我們沒有主動去申請過
premium tax credit好像是類似社會福利的資格，收入低於標準才能申請
i944-instr提到的文件(IRS form 8963, 8962, 1095A)我一個都沒有也無從準備
15B.What's your total annual deductible or annual premium?
這裡我只能提供保險網頁上列印的資訊，不知道說服力夠不夠
(i944-instr提到要documentation of deductible or premium)
15C.When does your insurance terminate or date to be renewed?
i944-instr提到要provide documentation...
主要是i944-instr提到回答都要documentation，像terminated date也沒有一個
正式文件可以回答，我直接填12/31/2020就毛毛的
